With a week to go before V Festival 2015 arrives at Chelmsford's Hylands Park, Essex Police are stepping up their preparation to make the event the safest yet.
The police have been working closely with organisers, with a particular focus on legal highs and ticket touting, and have even re-employed their crime prevention mascot, Seymour, for the two-day event.
