A 13-year-old boy had to be cut free after he impaled his legs on a fence in Chelmsford. The Essex Air Ambulance, fire crews, police and the ambulance service were on the scene in Melbourne Park on Saturday evening (May 21).The boy was cut free by firefighters before being transported to hospital.A spokeswoman for the fire service said: "We were called at 5.38pm."Two crews from Chelmsford responded.
